1. About these terms
These terms are between you and ProjectingIT ("ProjectingIT", "we", "us"), Mumbai, India.
By using our website or booking a course, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.
2. Bookings and payment
- A place on a course is confirmed only once payment has been received in full, or once we have accepted a purchase order from your organisation in writing.
- Course prices are shown in Indian Rupees. A GST invoice is provided for every booking.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details.
- Where a discounted or early-registration price is shown, it applies only to bookings paid in full within the stated period.
- We may decline a booking at our discretion, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.
3. Corporate, consulting and AI engagements
Private corporate training, consulting and AI transformation engagements are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement. Where those documents conflict with these terms, those documents take precedence.
4. Course delivery
- Live online courses are delivered through a video platform. You are responsible for a stable internet connection, a working camera and microphone, and a suitable environment to participate.
- Course content, timings and trainers may be adjusted where necessary to maintain quality. We will tell you in advance of any significant change.
- Recording, photographing or sharing live sessions is not permitted without our written consent.
5. Examinations and certification
- Where a course includes an examination, the examination is set and administered by the relevant certifying body and is subject to that body's own rules, including eligibility, identity checks, scheduling, validity periods and rescheduling fees.
- For PMP® and PMI-ACP®, you register for and pay for the examination directly with the Project Management Institute.
- Passing an examination depends on your own preparation and performance. We do not guarantee that you will pass.
- Unless stated at the time of booking, examination retakes are not included in the course fee.
6. Participant conduct
We expect participants to treat trainers and other participants with respect. We may remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the course, without refund.
7. Course materials
Course materials, workbooks, templates, prompt libraries and exercises are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, resell or use them to deliver training to others. Official certification courseware remains the property of the relevant certifying body and is subject to its own terms.
8. Use of our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with a course is limited to the fees you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or travel and accommodation costs.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
