Practitioner Workshop · 2 Days

AI for Project Managers

Put AI to work in your delivery, and learn to run AI projects without losing control of them.

Live online2 daysSat–SunClaude, ChatGPT or Copilot

The Course
in Brief

Day one puts AI into your own delivery work: status, planning, risk and an AI agent on your board. Day two is about delivering AI projects: scoping a use case, data, pilots, evaluation and handover.

What you leave with

You leave with two working assets for your programme — for example a sponsor-ready status pack and a RAID or agent brief you have already used on your own work — and a one-page charter for a real AI project: the use case, what good looks like, data and risk, and who owns it after the pilot.

The core judgement

What to Hand Over, and What to Keep

Do it yourself

Judging and deciding

It sounds certain even when it is guessing.

  • Estimates and forecasts
  • Business case numbers
  • Choosing a supplier

Draft, then check

Wording and structuring

Good at saying it clearly. Not at knowing whether it is right.

  • Risk entries
  • Board papers
  • Test plans

Hand it over

Reading and summarising

Lots of it, and easy to check against the source.

  • Meeting notes into actions
  • First draft of a status pack
  • Long contracts and RFPs
Day two

How an AI Project Runs

  1. 01

    Scope

Is it worth doing, and how will we know?

  2. 02

    Data

What exists, how good it is, who can use it.

  3. 03

    Pilot

A small, real test with real users.

  4. 04

    Evaluate

Accuracy, risk and cost against the bar we set.

  5. 05

    Hand over

An owner, monitoring, and a plan for model changes.
