On 28th October 2013, ProjectingIT had conducted a one day workshop for a MNC customer in Pune, a leading manufacturer of Navigation Devices and Services.
This workshop was specially designed for their Survey Team coming from all parts of India. With no Power Point presentation or hour long lectures, the entire one day program was designed to bring in learning only through events and fun activities.
ProjectingIT consultants had designed the agenda with innovative games and team building activities to stress the importance of leadership essentials, communication, and collaboration. Takeaways and learning were discussed as a team at the end of every event.
Team had enjoyed the workshop as it gave a different kind of learning experience. ProjectingIT had received excellent feedback from the participants and program sponsors.
