The Workshop highlights the difference between simple lightweight agile approaches which typically operate at the solution delivery (or ‘work package’) level and the greater holistic view of how multiple work streams are co-ordinated with the appropriate level of governance and control. The course will prepare the delegates for the APMG Agile Practitioner Certification examination.

APMG Agile Practitioner Project Management Exam – Qualification Overview
  • The practitioner examination is in the "Objective Testing" format of scenario, question and answer booklet
  • Objective-testing format
  • 2 hours duration
  • 4 questions
  • 15 marks per question, 60 marks available
  • 30 marks (50%) or more are required to pass
  • Open-book (restricted to the manual only) examination
  • Practitioner examination will be graded by APMG and results provided in 2-3 weeks
  • Candidates must have already passed the Agile Foundation Project Management Certification
