PRINCE2® is “Projects IN Controlled Environments”, a structured PROJECT MANANGEMENT method designed to aid the organisation and control of projects. PRINCE2® is the UK Government Best Practice standard for effective Project Management.

A PRINCE2® qualification is a great asset for your resume and will give you the skills to feel confident in managing projects successfully within the workforce.

Practitioner Course: 5 Days

 

Pre-course reading is provided and is a must to understand the PRINCE2 concepts and pass the exams in the first try. Pre-Course reading is one day duration and requires participants to read, and solve the case study scenarios and questions. There are also offline exercise, quizzes and crosswords that are required to be completed before the course begins. Practitioner Examination

  • Duration is 2.5 hours
  • Open book exam (Official PRINCE2 Manual only)
  • 59 marks required (out of 108 available) to pass - 55%

Eligibility Criteria

§ No eligibility for exams

§ Foundation exams can be taken by delegates who are new to project management

§ Practitioner exams are targeted for delegates who are familiar and experienced in project management

 

Accreditation

§ Foundation exams are taken on the 3rd day of the course

§ Practitioner exams are taken on the 5th day of the course

§ Delegates can take the exams again if they fail it in the first attempt

§ In case any delegate fails the exam than he/she can take the exam separately by attending any of our courses

§ Projecting will not charge the delegate for the training but only for the exam fees
