Overview
PRINCE2® is “Projects IN Controlled Environments”, a structured PROJECT
MANANGEMENT method designed to aid the organisation and control of projects.
PRINCE2® is the UK Government Best Practice standard for effective Project
Management.
A PRINCE2® qualification is a great asset for your resume and will give
you the skills to feel confident in managing projects successfully within the
workforce.
Duration
Foundation Course: 3 Days
Practitioner Course: 5 Days
Pre-course reading
is provided and is a must to understand the PRINCE2 concepts and pass the exams
in the first try. Pre-Course reading is one day duration and requires
participants to read, and solve the case study scenarios and questions. There
are also offline exercise, quizzes and crosswords that are required to be
completed before the course begins. This helps the participants to not only
quickly grasp the PRINCE2® concepts but also apply them in their real time
projects.
